Continuing the momentum in 2010, retail sales for the Buick LaCrosse rose 100 percent, compared to the same month last year, as the Buick brand reported an 18 percent increase in retail sales.
“The Buick brand continues to enjoy positives sales, and we are pleased to see that sales for the LaCrosse have increased 100 percent,” said Brian Sweeney, general manager of Buick GMC. “It is good to see that the LaCrosse is enjoying solid customer acceptance and is bringing new buyers to the brand.”
The LaCrosse, a luxury sedan completely redesigned for 2010, continues to attract buyers to the Buick brand. The vehicle has been praised for its exterior styling and luxurious interior and features Buick’s signature QuietTuning, digital connectivity and personal technologies that include in-dash navigation, Bluetooth, an auxiliary audio input and a USB port, and ice blue ambient lighting throughout the cabin from the center console, instrument panel and door handle pockets.
Buick’s latest models already have been garnering accolades. The LaCrosse recently won the 2010 MotorWeek Drivers’ Choice Award for “Best Luxury Sedan.” Both the LaCrosse and Enclave, Buick’s luxury crossover, were recently named a best buy by Consumer Guide’s 2010 Best Buy and Recommended Award, and Sedan of the Year and Three-Row SUV/Crossover of the Year by MotherProof.com.
